Gillian MacLaren Jacobs

Gillian MacLaren Jacobs, born October 19, 1982 was an American actor from the United States. Britta Perry, who is a comedian on NBC is best known for her role in the Netflix series Love (2016-2018), Mickey Dobbs on Netflix's romantic comedy series Love (2016-2018), or Atom Eve on Invincible (2021). Mimi-Rose Howard was her regular part in the fourth season of the HBO comedy-drama Girls (2012-2017). She has also appeared in films such as Life Partners (2014), Hot Tub Time Machine 2 (2015) and Don't Think Twice (2016). Gillian MacLaren Jacobs was conceived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 19 in 1982. Her mother, Martina Magenau Jacobs, is a member of the alumni relations department at Carnegie Mellon University, while her father, William F. Jacobs Jr., was an investment banker. Her father died in 2013. Her mother raised her in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Her family owned the Erie Brewing Company (not to be confused with the later brewery that bears the identical name) in which her father, John Martin Magenau Jr. was CEO and president until the brewery closed in 1978.Jacobs started studying acting at age four and took acting classes on weekends at the Pittsburgh Playhouse while growing up. She performed with the Pittsburgh Public Theater, where she was a perennial contender for the Public's Shakespeare Monologue Contest, leading her to get the role of Titania in its production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. After finishing her studies at Mt. After graduation from Lebanon High School in 2000, she moved to New York City to study at the Juilliard School. She graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
